Air Navigation charge administration

The costs of air traffic management (ATM) services (infrastructure, staff and other operational costs) are funded through air navigation charges. ATM services are funded through the “user pays principle”.

Whenever PROJET is tasked to obtain over-flying permits on your behalf, we ask the relevant civil aviation authority to send our professionals the corresponding navigation fee invoice for the flight. Once the invoice is received, we check it to ensure that the correct route and aircraft MTOW are used. If there is any error or variation in the invoice, we work on correcting it with the relevant civil aviation authority. Once we are sure of the invoice, we send it to you for settlement. When PROJET settles the navigation fees invoice on your behalf, we follow up with the civil aviation authority finance team to make sure that the amount paid is actually recorded in your account statement.
